NB Power’s home energy report portal gives you access to detailed information about your home’s energy use and customized energy savings tips.

How do I access the Home Energy Portal?

If you already have an online profile, simply sign in to your NB Power account to see your personal energy information.

Don’t have an online profile? It’s easy to sign up and get access to energy saving information. You will need a copy of an NB Power bill with your account and meter numbers to get started.

What is the purpose of the program?

Most people are eager to make their home more efficient and save money, but they're not always sure how to do so. The NB Power Home Energy Report is designed to provide more information about your energy use so you can make informed choices and save money.

What if I’m not interested in the program?

The reports are provided to help you understand your home energy use, save energy and reduce your energy costs. We really hope you don’t want to opt out but if you do you can call us at 1 800 663-6272 and speak to one of our Home Energy Report specialists.

Note: if you do opt out you cannot opt back in in the future so we hope you will try it out for a while first.
