As a Crown Corporation, NB Power is subject to a number of reviews of its rates, operations and new developments by various regulatory bodies, such as the New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board (EUB), Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) and the New Brunswick Department of Environment.
