NB Power will work with customers to ensure continued service and payment arrangements are available if customers have fallen behind in their payments.
Payment arrangements must consist of the payment of each month's current bill when due, plus a payment on the past due amount, based on a schedule that the customer and NB Power agree to together.
Please use the following guidelines when making payment arrangements:
- Where possible, the initial or down payment should be one-half of the total amount owed and should be paid within a few days of making the arrangement
The payment arrangement amounts must be paid along with each month's current bill, preferably in a term not longer than three months
