Prior to an employee or contractor going inside your home or business, health screening will take place. Results of screening will determine if the appointment will proceed and the type of protective equipment to be used. We appreciate our customers’ patience and flexibility as we navigate the impacts of COVID-19 together.

During these challenging times, the last thing we want you to worry about is going without power for your family or business.

We will continue to waive late payment charges for all invoices until January 1, 2021.

We have tools in place to help make budgeting easier:
access or create an online account to manage your bills
• create an Equalized Payment Plan which allows you to pay the same, equal amount each month
• work with us to set up a Payment Arrangement Plan to help you get caught up on your bills
