The Home Energy Report Program is ending

You have already received the last home energy report.

Why is the program ending?

NB Power began the program in 2017 as a three-year program. Its goal was to start household conversations about energy and help customers save money by learning about their energy use and receiving energy saving tips. The program has met these goals.

Where can I access my energy consumption information?

In addition to the account and billing information available on www.nbpower.com, you will still have access to the online portal you have been using. You can visit the My Energy portal from your account page or directly at www.nbpower.com/myenergy.

I updated my household information in the portal, will that still be available?

Yes, any information that you provided when you updated your profile will still be there when you visit the portal.

Where can I get tips on how to save energy?

You can view tips in the My Energy portal and also on Nbpower.com under the Save Energy tab.
