Ship Unloader
Ship Unloader
Ship Unloader Ships carrying coal dock at the Ports Canada wharf to be unloaded. The coal is unloaded from the ship with a continuous ship unloader. The ship unloader is shaped like a big wheel, with buckets attached. The wheel is placed in the ship and the attached buckets pick up the coal, which is then placed onto conveyor belts. The continuous ship unloader can remove coal from a ship at a rate of 1,750 tonnes per hour. |
