NB Power Staycation Campaign Summer 2020 Terms and Conditions

PART A

Definitions

“Eligible NB Power Account Holder” means any NB Power customer with an account

“Promotional Offer” means the offer as defined in section 1;

“Promotional Period” means the period starting on June 10, 2020 and ending at 12:00 AM ADT on July 23, 2020;

“Qualifying Criteria” means the conditions set out in section 2 below.

 “Terms” mean these terms and conditions that govern this Promotional Offer;

“you” and “your” mean any Eligible NB Power account holder;

“we”, “us”, “our” and “NB Power” mean NB Power or any of its deposit taking subsidiaries.

PART B

1.  The Promotional Offer

Providing you fulfill the Qualifying Criteria in Section 2 and the conditions set out in Section 3 below, you will receive 95 AIR MILES® Bonus Miles. (the “Reward”)

2.  How to qualify for the Promotional Offer:

To qualify for this Promotional Offer you must:

1. be an Eligible NB Power Account Holder
2. create an online account with NB Power for an active residential account
3. have an active online account by 12:00 AM on July 23, 2020

3. Conditions that apply to the Promotional Offer

The following conditions also apply to this Promotional Offer:

1. The Promotional Offer is available to Eligible NB Power Account Holders only.
2. To be eligible the Account must be an active residential account
3. Only one Reward per Eligible NB Power account, no matter how many names are associated with the account.
4. The Promotional Offer is only available while supplies last. While we reserve the right to substitute the Promotional Offer with an offer of equal value, we are not obligated to do so.

1. In order to receive a Reward, you must create and keep an online account on nbpower.com and provide an AIR MILES Collector number.
2. Additional Conditions that apply to the Promotional Offer
3. We reserve the right to change the Promotional Offer and these Terms at any time. The posting of the current Terms at www.nbpower.com/paperless shall be deemed sufficient notice to you of such Terms and any changes, if required.
4. Please allow up to 4 weeks from time of purchase for Bonus Miles to be posted to your Collector Account.

4. Limitations that apply to all Promotional Offers

1. We reserve the right to cancel the Promotional Offer at any time for any reason at our complete discretion without notice.
2. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the content of any document, brochure, or promotional material advertising the Promotional Offer, these Terms shall prevail. You may always view the current Terms by visiting www.nbpower.com/staycation or you may call 1-800-663-6272 to request a current copy.
3. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, disqualify, limit or revoke this Promotional Offer to any person or account holder we find or believe to be manipulating or otherwise abusing the process, fairness, integrity or operation of the Promotional Offer, including any person whose account with us is in our opinion not in good standing.
