Fredericton, N.B. – Point Lepreau Nuclear Generating Station (PLNGS) began re-powering on Friday August 28, rising to 35% reactor power over the weekend before reconnecting to the gird early Monday morning. It is now at full reactor power, with 660MW of non-GHG-emitting electricity flowing onto the New Brunswick grid.
